Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We ship internationally.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia: 5–12 business days
  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
  • New Zealand: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, peak periods, or circumstances outside of our control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. It Girl Skin is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at itgirlskin@gmail.com

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped, but we would be able to reach a reasonable resolution.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property and with neighbours or your building’s reception/mailroom.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at itgirlskin@gmail.com and we will assist you in contacting the relevant shipping carrier.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order before it leaves us.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
